• Mulberry Blue- Spacious bedroom with twin beds with attached bathroom
• Mulberry Green- Spacious bedroom with twin beds and attached sit-out with attached bathroom

Tariff policy and conditions

• Weekly rates – for a minimum of 7 nights stay, pro –rated after 7 days at the weekly rate.
• For longer stays and special needs please contact us for tariff.
• Taxes as applicable will be extra.
• All guests shall pay 50% of the room tariff in advance for confirmation.
• No room charges for children under 8, upto 2 children per room.
• Accommodation is on a twin sharing basis, maximum of 2 guests per room, additional guests will be charged separately. 
• Extra persons will be charged at Rs 350/- per person.
• Bed and Bath linen will be changed twice a week for weekly or longer staying guests.
• Daily Housekeeping will be provided.
• Service charge will apply for Room Service, Laundry and other items that are not included in the tariff.
• All guests have to abide by the Rules and Regulations. Please ask for a copy of the same.

Reservation Policy

The rooms must be reserved  in advance by paying 50% of the published tariff.  The guest must provide some means of identification and a phone number.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 14 days prior to dates of intended stay:
The advance amount will be refunded in full.
Cancellation between 7 days and 14 days prior to dates of intended stay:
Only 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
Cancellation between 7 days and 1 day prior to dates of intended stay:
There will be no refund of the advance amount.
